The subscription has a 12-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month. After that, you can cancel anytime. If you do cancel, the website isn’t yours to keep—otherwise, we’d be out of business!
-
A new 12 month contract will need to be signed.
-
If you cancel within the first 12 months, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance of the site’s full value ($3,800) minus what you’ve already paid. We focus on building long-term partnerships and look for clients who value the same approach.
-
Every invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. If unpaid after 7 days, a $20 late fee will apply. For subscription plans, multiple overdue invoices may result in contract cancellation, with the client responsible for the full site cost ($3,800). We’re flexible and understanding, often offering assistance, but if there’s no communication, we must take precautions to ensure we’re compensated for our work.
-
We email you a payment request which will take you to Stripe to securely enter your payment details, which will setup a reccuring subscription that will go out on the same day each month. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debit card and we accept all major credit cards. Lump sum projects are paid with a bank transfer to minimize processing fees.
-
The $100 per additional page fee is one time. Not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 and you’re done.
-
When you sign a contract, whether for a lump sum or a subscription, if we cannot create a design you are completely happy with and you decide not to move forward, we will refund any payments made. Once the site build begins, refunds are no longer guaranteed and will be at our discretion.

Our subscriptions continue indefinitely after the 12-month minimum, with payments made month to month. Since it takes us 2-3 years to earn what we would from a lump sum site, we aim to build long-term partnerships and ideally work with clients for at least 5 years. By then, the website should be generating more than the subscription fee cost per month in value, essentially paying for itself. We hope our clients continue to see the value in our work and choose to stay with us for ongoing support and improvements.
-
There is no buy out option to stop paying the monthly subscription. As mentioned earlier, it takes 2-3 years to make what we would have earned from a lump sum site, and our subscription model only works financially when clients stay for 5+ years. Waiting years for full payment on a site, only for a client to buy out early, isn’t sustainable. The recurring income allows us to focus on providing hands-on support rather than constantly chasing new sales. This ensures we can dedicate more time to maintaining and improving our clients' websites, delivering a level of service that other agencies simply can’t match.
-
We also offer an unlimited edits and support add-on for just $50 per month, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This service is designed to provide ongoing assistance and updates for your website. Please note, the add-on cannot be turned on and off month-to-month—if you choose to cancel, reinstating it will require signing another 12-month commitment.

The main difference between the two packages is the balance of long-term vs. short-term costs. With the subscription model, you'll pay more over time, but it’s split into manageable, affordable monthly payments. The lump sum option lets you pay everything upfront, saving more money in the long run because you’re covering both the design and development costs from the start. Choosing the right package depends on your cash flow and whether you prioritize long-term goals or immediate savings. If you prefer ongoing service and flexibility, the monthly plan is your best option. If you don’t need ongoing support, paying upfront will save you in the long term.

No, there is no buyout option, otherwise everyone would take advantage of that, and we'd be out of business! However, you keep your domain and all website assets.

With our custom-coded websites, you get better security, faster load times, and easier maintainability. There are no plugins, so you won’t experience unnecessary bloat, and you don’t need to constantly worry about updates like you do with WordPress. Our sites are more secure because they don’t rely on databases, meaning there’s nothing for hackers to target.
